Exhibit your vehicle at Newbury

Please note:-

1. YOUR VEHICLE MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE OR A SPECIAL INTEREST/CUSTOM VEHICLE – if in doubt, to avoid disappointment, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk with a photo and details of why you think your vehicle should be included.
2. There is a £20 charge for all exhibits but this includes admission for you and a guest. For any additional guests travelling with you, tickets must be purchased in advance.
3. YOUR VEHICLE ENTRY PASS DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING – Please add Camping to your booking if you wish to camp. This entitles you to a single camping pitch.
4. Should you wish to exhibit and camp in your caravan on the Showground, your towing vehicle must be of a suitable theme/vintage. Newer vehicles will not be permitted to stay on the Showground.
5. Exhibitors are to be on site by 9.00am and not leave before 6.00pm on both Saturday and Sunday. There will be no unauthorised vehicle movements on site between these times.
