Camping bookings will be closed on 1 AUGUST 2024 unless all spaces are sold sooner

YOU WILL ONLY GAIN ACCESS TO THE EVENT IF YOU HAVE A VALID ADMISSION TICKET FOR EACH PERSON.
THIS WILL BE CHECKED ON ARRIVAL AT THE EVENT, AND AGAIN ON ENTRANCE TO THE SHOWGROUND.
THE PRICES BELOW ARE FOR THE CAMPING PITCH ONLY – WEEKEND ADMISSION TICKETS ARE SEPARATE.

Camping for 4 nights (from Thursday 8 August) £120 per pitch

Camping + Electric hook up for 4 nights (from Thursday 10 August) £220 per pitch

Camping for 3 nights (from Friday 9 August) £90 per pitch

Camping + Electric hook up for 3 nights (from Friday 11 August) £175 per pitch

Please note that a pitch will accommodate a tent, caravan, campervan or motorhome up to 8 metres in length.
If you have a campervan, motorhome or RV longer than 8 metres, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk

Electrical hookups – please note this important information.
You are permitted to use your own generators during daylight hours.

Please note that camping pitches for Traders, Exhibitors, Clubs and the general public are all in separate areas. So if you wish to camp adjacent to friends or relatives, you must book the same category of camping and arrive at the same time. If you are not travelling together, we suggest that you meet up at Chieveley Services before coming to the showground. If in any doubt about any of these points, please email info@retrofestival.co.uk.

We are delighted that Pitch Luxury Tent Hire will be supplying glamping tents for Retro Festival Newbury 2024

They offer a choice of 3 packages.

Three Star: entrance rug, table, lantern, air beds, bunting and fairy lights

2 person – £250
3 person – £300
4 person – £350

Four Star: entrance rug, table, lantern, air beds, bunting and fairy lights, plus bed linen

2 person – £350
3 person – £450
4 person – £550

Five Star: rugs, solid bed frame and foam mattress, tables, lanterns, bedding & bed linen, toiletries & towel set, plant decoration, mirror, waste bin

2 person – £500

Electric hook-up to tent for whole weekend: £120

(there will be a communal tent provided with electric hook-up to charge phones and boil kettles included in the price of your tent)
